I do have a custom DisplayObject3D.as, modified in ORG.PAPERVISION3D.OBJECTS folder, which provides an arbitrary rotation function. I don't think this is causing the problem though. The DAE model files have been renamed to .TXT, and are hosted on Geocities. It's something to do with how files are downloaded or something. Would you mind taking a look at my Main.AS file?
